ASTRA ENTERPRISES was dedicated to the cause of providing the inputs most vital to your business in the changing Indian scenario. With the process of economic liberalisation becoming a reality in the 1990s, India was fast beginning to react to global happenings and gradually merging with the global economy. Such changes made India a major opportunity for various global players, looking for emerging markets and simultaneously provided Indian companies and entrepreneurs an opportunity to enter into Joint Ventures, alliances and distribution arrangements for products and services that might have potential markets in India .

| Astra Enterprises was born in the last decade of the Twentieth Century as a brainchild of some of India's best professionals, drawn from a mix of service industries including Travel & Hospitality, Legal, Finance and Information Technology. who envisioned that India would rapidly change to lead the world order. With over fifty man years of combined experience in the Service Industry, Astra Enterprises decided to unravel the mystery of India to foreign companies that saw a huge potential market in India's vast middle class consumer base, while simultaneously attempting to assist Indian companies in widening their horizons and tapping overseas markets for technology & trade tie-ups, mergers & acquisitions, legal & financial guidance. This gave birth to the concept of the ASTRA BUSINESS CLUB which is the ABC of doing business in India !

| Several global organizations & progressive Indian businesses were invited to experience the difference, by signing on for ClubAstra's services and have provided us a chance to unburden them of their worries with a membership to the ASTRA BUSINESS CLUB , which ensured that a lot of cross-border problems could be attended to by a right mix of professionals with vast experience in the relevant fields. Memberships to the ASTRA BUSINESS CLUB are still available on a selective basis, upon furnishing relevant Company information, its objectives, activities and its interests in India , along with a refundable deposit of Rs. 50,000 only (US$ 1,250 for foreign companies). In the highly unlikely event of your not being satisfied with our services, this amount would be refunded to you in full at the end of 3 months. However, we do believe that you would rather continue with us all through, in which case you shall be required to pay us Rs. 10,000 per annum (US$250 for foreign companies) as a membership fee to the ASTRA BUSINESS CLUB , in order to continue subscribing to our specialist services. This subscription fee would entitle you to 10 man-hours of specialized consulting services over the course of the year. Unavailed hours, if any, would be carried forward to the subsequent year of continuing membership.

| Kindly note that each of the services availed of, shall be accounted for separately and consulting services available include advise on Government policy, legal, financial, export/import, taxation, marketing & recruitment. Any additional services sought would be payable at actuals. For your benefit, we accept payments in Indian (Rupee) and foreign currencies (US Dollar) either through Bank Transfers or through Credit Cards (MasterCard and VISA).

CLUB ASTRA:
However, ClubAstra does not require you to furnish any deposit or membership subscription. It is the Travel & Hospitality Services Division of Astra Enterprises and focuses on your Travel & Hospitality needs in India & abroad, through its extensive network of resources. An RFP Form can be found in the MICE Section, which helps us understand your requirements and allows us to detail the perfect proposal for your event.
